Very cheap, nice hotel, clean, with garden and pool, enough parking

We had booked executive and only got the smaller superior on the second floor, which we had to request including snacks and drinks as well as slippers. The pool is only open until 19.30, you cannot use it on the day of departure, it opens at 10.30 and checkout is at 11. The TV didn't work either. Breakfast at a reasonable price.

The first thing that stood out to me was its convenient location just off a roundabout near the industrial zone. It made it really easy for me to access the nearby city center and explore the surrounding areas. The staff here were exceptional, providing top-notch service and making me feel truly welcome. They were even able to accommodate my early arrival by getting me a room right away. The room itself was fantastic, with a spacious balcony that provided a lovely view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel also had a restaurant where I enjoyed a delicious dinner, and the breakfast spread was simply superb. All in all, my experience at this place was wonderful.

For families looking for a luxurious and comfortable hotel, I would highly recommend this place. The staff, services, and amenities provided here make it an ideal choice for a family getaway.

Ideal as a stopover, near Bologna and Modena. Great pool area and very nice staff! Everything perfectly cared for!

Prices for drinks do not invite you to stay longer at the bar!

The balcony access was really good and the private parking lot was quite useful. The bed was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The hotel had excellent air conditioning, which was a relief during the hot temperatures outside. The room was clean, airy, and well-maintained. The staff were pleasant and attentive, providing great service. The complementary bottles of water provided each day were a nice touch.

The location was a little bit far, but once you're there, it's okay. It would have been helpful to have been informed beforehand about any extra charges for using the pool or for swimming caps.

Location, without a car it is very annoying place

Clean and spacious rooms. The staff was very nice and mostly spoke good English. The breakfast was sufficient and the pool was always clean. The air conditioning in the rooms worked great.

The hotel is located on the edge of Zola Predosa, more in the industrial area. There are two noisy streets not far from the hotel, but you cannot hear them with closed windows.

The hotel had a great location, close to the city center and with good transport connections. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home. I loved the complimentary breakfast, with a range of options to suit every taste. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. Plus, the hotel had great views of the surrounding area.

The bathrooms were clean but small, with limited space to move around. the pool was quite small and became crowded quickly during my stay.

We arrived at the Hotel at midnight, I asked if they had a garage-I was taken immediately in - I was extremely surprised that my car went down the ramp without scraping the bottom of the car. Well done to the Hotel owners that have taken in consideration that expensive sport cars need to be able to access the garage. (it's not a small issue). The room was new and very clean. Very good value for money-I wouldn't hesitate to go there again.

The bed was very comfortable!

Breakfast/ We were very disappointed on the breakfast. The service at the breakfastroom was no good. Several times the staff didn´t take care if anything was missing. The staff worked in a very uneffective way. The breakfast on sunday morning (4 of dec.) was really a big mess! There were a lot of people and a lot of missing things on the breakfast buffé.It was not nice at all as a guest. I recommend you to give your staff some training in service, customer focus and how to work in a effective way. Temperature/ The temperature was not easy to change in the room. I recommend you to have instructions to the guests.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and the decorations were awesome, really got us in the holiday spirit. The staff was nice, welcoming us with a warm smile. The location was perfect, only a short taxi ride from the city center and there was plenty of parking available. We also liked the room, it was spacious and had a great view of the city.

The disappointment came with the swimming pool. We were informed that we had to pay an extra charge of €10 per person to use the pool, which was not stated in the reservation.

It was very peaceful. Good location for a concert at Casalecchio di Reno. Plenty of parking space.

The bar was not equipped enough

Very nice contemporary design with attention to details. Free wireless and a fast one as well. Cosy rooms, quite sound proof except for the aircondition shafts. The staff was polite to provide me with a room with extra long bed - 2,1m.

A bit of organisational problems - kitchen closed for supper due to the cook being ill. Good thing I was not too eager to have dinner. And I could hear people taking shower as the air condition shaft was not soundproof. Actually I woke at 5am wondering why haven't I closed the shower tap in my bathroom and found that the noise was coming from the air-con.
